It feels so good to get the run in. Almost makes me want to avoid the procrastination next time! A couple things I learned from the run....
- Accelerade works! Hell, most of it might be mental but I definitely felt stronger miles 16-20
- My new running skirt is soooo cute
- Wearing TWO sports bras helps with the chaffing in that area.
- I kick butt!

Crap, I guess my words of encouragement didn't save last night when my internet connection went down. Anyway, I knew you could do it, and applauded your decision to spend time with the moments that would never return.

Nice work getting the long run done before a flight! I always hate flying after long runs...You should definitely deserve a trip to Macys and a massage :)
Wow. I'm always impressed with people who can run their 20 in the middle of the week with work and everything else. Impressive.
