Working it (out) in SoCal

Did an easy 3 miles along the waterfront (that is what "The Hal" called for), 10 minutes on the bike, weights, and abs.

Felt good to finally push through my wishy-washy-ness of not wanting to work out and get OUT there!!!

Flying back east tomorrow.... and to Oklahoma City on Thursday!

So, you and both Jess did your runs yesterday, while I did my 3 miler easy today. I'm confused? oh well. You doing 5 tomorrow, right?

Good job on doing that run! Those 3 mile runs are a welcome from me! and glad I did it this morning before the heat set in. Still had the humidity, though.
