I decided to give my pal a break this morn by taking on stroller duty... and I realized...pushing a kid in a stroller up a big hill (aka The Bridge- the only hill in Charleston) is not easy.

Ah the bridge! Looks like we have both been on an extended leave from the blog scene! I hope you are well and fully recovered from your encounter with the nail!
What did I do? Who the hell should ever run 26.2 miles? I may quit after the first loop, and go drink beer.
Hey, I'll be back down that way in Sept (14-19) and Mendy may join me for the preceeding weekend (12-14). You going to be around?
